One representative from each winning reseller will attend the major prize with the goal to reward a member of YOUR team who has made a stand out contribution to your success in DC Experience.
There are four DC Experience categories for resellers to compete in:
- Channel Master
- Channel Pro
- Channel Star
- Channel Scout

The Channel Master category is focused on enabling resellers to utilise all Distribution Central business units as well as Annuity Systems.
The reseller that earns the most points at the completion of the program will be the Channel Master.
How to win:
- Engage in business unit cross sell; that is, sell products outside your primary business unit
- Utilise Annuity Systems, our online asset management tool and specialist renewals team
- Utilise Red Education, our training and certification business unit
- Take part in Distribution Central held events and training activities

The Channel Pro category is also based on enabling business unit cross sell and the use of Annuity Systems, however it compares each participating reseller against their performance in the same time period in the previous financial year. The reseller that shows the greatest percentage improvement will be the Channel Pro.
How to win:
- Engage in business unit cross sell; that is, sell products outside your primary business unit
- Utilise Annuity Systems, our online asset management tool and specialist renewals team
- Utilise Red Education, our training and certification business unit
- Take part in Distribution Central held events and training activities

The Channel Star category is focused on enabling SMB partners to grow their business. Those resellers that derive their principle revenue from small to medium business will be eligible for this category. This category is measured by comparing the reseller’s overall performance against the same time period in the previous financial year.
How to win:
- Improve overall sales performance against last FY’s results with Distribution Central
- Utilise Annuity Systems, our online asset management tool and specialist renewals team
- Utilise Red Education, our training and certification business unit
- Take part in Distribution Central held events and training activities
- The reseller partner that shows the greatest overall percentage improvement will be the Channel Star

Channel Scout is focused on enabling partners that are new to Distribution Central, or who became a Distribution Central reseller after 30th June 2009. The reseller company that earns the most revenue and accrues the most points during the promotional period will be the Channel Scout.

NZ Master is designed for our partners based in New Zealand only. The Distribution Central reseller that has the highest percentage improvement during the promotion period, compared to their performance in the same time period in the previous financial year, will succeed int his category.
